Our community runs on the WriteFreely software, which is designed to respect privacy by default. We store as little information about our users as possible, not even requiring an email to join (we even have email disabled), We alt and hash all passwords used on our service with secure cryptographic technologies.
We do store logs, purely for the sake of ensuring our service runs smoothly.
Beyond this, of course you only have to join if you trust our administration team, we and the software we use can only do so much to protect you. Make sure to keep your privacy and anonymity as secure as possible when using any services.
Remember that anonymity and privacy is only as secure as your weakest link.
